Hagi

I get why this place is packed every night—it’s got a peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff who go out of their way to be nice. The food is solid but not mind-blowing, and yeah, it’s on the pricey side. If you’re okay with splurging a bit, it’s worth checking out.

Hagi’s vibe is calm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends. The cocktails are crafted with care, both tasty and visually appealing, and the fresh ingredients really show in each dish. It’s one of those spots where attention to detail makes all the difference.

We popped in on Christmas with a group that included two vegans, and honestly, the care they took to accommodate special dietary needs was impressive. Not just the usual buffet fare—there were unique vegan dishes that made everyone happy. It was a thoughtful touch that made the night memorable.

The staff here really know how to make you feel welcome, and the teppanyaki show by the sous chef was a highlight of the evening. Drinks during happy hour hit the spot, and the flavors in the food were spot on. Definitely a place I'd visit again.
