Kaampu, right by the beachfront pool, blends Thai flavors with Mediterranean twists in a setting that’s as chill indoors as it is outside. It’s definitely one of those spots you hear about more than once when staying at the resort.

We caught a fantastic singer right next to our table which really lifted the whole evening. The food was okay, nothing groundbreaking, but the signature carrot cake was a nice surprise that saved the day.
