Thai Luxury Property Co.,Ltd.

Sumalee knows her stuff when it comes to Hua Hin real estate and beyond. With tons of listings and quick responses, she made the whole buying and renting process way easier than expected. I've dealt with agents worldwide, but these folks genuinely want to help you out.

Buying property remotely was surprisingly smooth thanks to the team’s professionalism and clear communication. They handled everything online flawlessly and even manage our rentals now without any headaches—really solid service all around.

Living in the villa has been rough with constant issues like electrical faults and a busted freezer ruining our groceries. Communication is nearly impossible, with missed appointments and no real fixes despite multiple visits just to snap photos of the problems. Honestly, it’s been a frustrating waste of time and money.

We reached out to a bunch of agencies for a condo rental, and most just ghosted us. Thai Luxury Property was quick to respond with options that actually fit what we wanted, and Sumalee set up a visit without any fuss. The whole signing process felt straightforward and honest—definitely a stress-free experience.
