We popped in during their soft launch and were pleasantly surprised by the care put into every dish and the slick service. The place has a cool, artsy feel with an open kitchen and some seriously stylish touches—it’s shaping up to be a solid addition to Hua Hin’s dining options.

This spot stands out not just for its creative decor but also for the thoughtful menu and knowledgeable staff. The tartare was a highlight, paired with excellent wine advice that made the experience even better. Definitely planning to return for more.

Last night at Blush felt like a rare win: great vibes, killer music from a DJ who really got the room, and dishes that hit every note perfectly. The steak might just be one of the best I’ve had anywhere, and the staff’s attention to detail made the evening feel special.

Blush GastroBar really impressed us with its top-notch service—attentive without being overbearing—and the food was genuinely well-prepared, though the beef cheek massaman could use a bit more kick in the sauce department.
