Not gonna lie, the place has its quirks: dark rooms, pesky mosquitos, and only two elevators for the whole hotel—which gets old fast. The pool area isn’t exactly inviting, and no sunbeds on the beach was a bummer. If we ever return, we’ll splurge for a front-line room just to avoid some of these hassles.

Shoutout to Siwapat—his warm and attentive service really made our stay memorable. The rooms were spotless and the whole team seemed genuinely invested in making us feel at home. It’s rare to find hospitality that feels both professional and heartfelt these days.

The vibe here is pretty chill with friendly staff who go out of their way to help. I got an unexpected room upgrade that made my stay extra comfy, and the pool on the 6th floor was a sweet spot to unwind with a drink. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the beach through a quiet green area, which is a nice touch.

We stumbled on this hotel while wandering around and ended up staying two weeks because it felt so welcoming. The staff treated our toddler like royalty, and the kids’ room was a real highlight. Breakfast had good variety, though some highchairs could use a bit of TLC. The location’s a bit tricky for beach lovers, but overall, we’d happily come back.
