This place feels like a mini convenience store with the usual suspects: beer, chips, ice cream, and some frozen goods. It could use a bit more fresh fruit or local produce to round things out, but it does the job well enough.

I popped in nearly every day during my five months in Takiap, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Plus, grabbing a coffee outside the shop made for a nice little break in my routine—big thanks from Maurice in Switzerland!

Tops Daily is a handy spot that’s open late, even 24/7 on weekdays, which is great when you need something last minute. Their range is pretty solid for a small store, covering basics like snacks, drinks, and hygiene stuff.
