Not gonna lie, this location could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and customer service. The Americano I got was barely drinkable, and with no air conditioning, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. Definitely not my favorite branch.

The team behind the counter is super sweet and usually nails my order, but don’t expect lightning-fast service—this spot gets busy and slow sometimes. Still, it’s one of the few Amazon cafes that gets my drink right every single time.

I’ve had better coffee elsewhere, honestly. The latte foam is way too thick and the cups never feel full, plus my drink usually arrives lukewarm. Not quite what I hoped for.
