Sundance Dayclub Hua Hin

Service was a bit of a mixed bag—while the manager handled our complaint professionally after some pretty rude behavior from a few staff members, it left us feeling uncomfortable. Thankfully, the apology was sincere, but that awkward moment definitely put a damper on an otherwise nice setting.

The room upgrade was a nice surprise, and although we had a small hiccup with the bathtub water temperature, the staff fixed it quickly and with a smile. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the food really hit the spot.

We had a lovely stay with attentive staff who went out of their way to help us communicate when language was a barrier. The villa was spotless and spacious, with thoughtful touches like a private pool and even a sauna. Definitely coming back next time we’re in Hua Hin.

The pool right by the beach at Sundance is simply stunning, making you feel like you’re part of the ocean while lounging or swimming. The vibe is super chill and stylish, perfect for families yet still romantic enough for a couple’s getaway. Loved the modern design—it’s very photo-worthy, especially at sunset.
